The NJA Trio

The NJA Trio is a band that was born at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and it is composed by José Cervera on sax, Alessio Calore on double bass and Nitin Parree on drums.

Strongly influenced by the music of the 50s and 60s (Sonny Rollins, Cannonball Adderley, Phil Woods and many others), the trio is also close to a more modern concept of jazz, inspired by musicians like Walter Smith III, Mark Turner, Ambrose Akinmusire.
